Military Counterintelligence

Military counterintelligence activities are geared to accomplish as a unitary concept the measures to identify, prevent and annihilate factors with potential of jeopardizing the military dimension of RM national security.

The priority is this regard os the competent activity undertaken to ensure protection from external and internal subversive factors, as well as to counteract the actions aimed at prejudicing the security interests of the Republic of Moldova, such as: espionage, treason against motherland, attempted transmission of data falling under the classified Information etc.

Building a safety belt under aspect of counterintelligence within components of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Moldova helps ensuring both national and regional security climate.
